Bunching / Stranding / Compacting Dies - PCD & Carbide

Compact Dies are tools to conductor to a round cross section. They are commonly used to produce electrical power cables and wire harnesses for automotive applications.

Improvement in processing technologies and the development of larger polycrystalline diamond & carbide material provides a compact die line ranging from a smallest diameter of 0.1 mm to a maximum 27 mm diameter.

Features
Standard Specification
  1. Outstanding wear resistance assures production of wire products of a consistent size and weight per unit length.
  2. Preparation time and wire material loss resulting from die replacement is greatly reduced.
  3. Stable wire diameter leads to insulator cost reduction.
  4. Consistently high quality surface luster.
