| The
machine is developed for working of reduction and bearing
portions of the Tungsten Carbide dies of sizes upto 15.00 mm.
Also machine can be used for working special tools, extruder
dies.
The TCD-12 works on a special principle wherein both the
reduction and bearing zones of the die can be worked in one
setting thereby producing the concentric dies.
The machine consists of a high speed grinding spindle and a
die table. The needle fixing is by collet arrangement. A three
inch 3 jaw chuck is used to hold the dies. The spindle needle
is fixed. The spindle stroke length and die speed can be
varied.
Single Taper diamond deposited grinding pins can make 200
dies & those from steel for subsequent polishing, with
diamond suspension or Boron Carbide powder / paste can be used
directly.
The machine is supplied with necessary accessories and
spares which make the machine as a package and ready to use. |
