The machine is used for grinding and polishing of
reduction angle of Tungsten Carbide Dies from 0.2 to 3 mm using
diamond needles, steel needles and special wooden needles with the
help of diamond suspension. Accurate reduction angles can be
maintained.

| The machine is fitted with a high
speed precision spindle. The speed of spindle can be varied. The
spindle can be oscillated during work and stroke length is fixed
2.5mm and the speed of oscillation can be varied from 0-100
strokes per minute. The spindle is fitted with the precision
adapter and collet and nut arrangement for fixing the different
diameter needle.
The machine is supplied with necessary accessories and spares
