Fix the die in the Rotating Chuck and check the die should be fitted in center | Switch on the Machine | Diamond Paste D-50 for enlarging the hole size & D-15 Medium Polish and D-3 for Mirror Polish | Diamond Pins are also used for enlarging the hole of the Die | Use Wooden pins for Polishing with D-3 Diamond Paste. Use Steel pins with D-50 & D-15 Diamond Paste. Check the Die on microscope or Magnification Glass & o Electric Lamp. Make New Steel Pins 12 on NG - 1 Grinder - Make Ajex. Diamond Paste, Slurry & Pins are also available made by Ajex.
